Automated Oxygen Analysis

  • Fast, continuous reading
Response from the analyzer is within seconds
  • No recalibration required
Measurement is validated using instrument air
  • Compact Design
Can be integrated with other systems in one enclosure

Cost of Ownership

  • Low Maintenance
No maintenance required, only validation with instrument air is necessary
  • Solid state instrument
Outlast competing models due to lack of moving parts

Applications

The O2A-100 can be used to monitor oxygen in the following processes:

  • Continuous emissions monitoring system (CEMS)
  • Stack applications
  • Flue gas
  • Air quality monitoring

Technology

O2A-100 takes advantage of the unique paramagnetic susceptibility of oxygen. A magnetic field is produced in the analyzer. A suspended assembly is influenced by a magnetic field. The amount that the assembly is influenced by the magnetic field is directly proportional to the oxygen concentration in the gas. A directly proportional electrical current is incorporated to read the oxygen concentration.
