The aviation industry—both commercial and military—has several distinct needs for online chemical analysis. Classic applications include monitoring the glycol content of runoff deicing fluid (a significant environmental concern) and monitoring the unintended intermixing of fuel sources on aircraft carriers which can cause aircraft malfunction.
